If you ever need to cancel services with Next Level IT, we make the process straightforward.
Just contact your Account Manager or our Support Team in writing (email is fine) and let us know you’d like to cancel. Most agreements simply require advanced written notice — typically 30 days — so we can:
transition support smoothly
help you retain access to systems and documentation
transfer any passwords, assets, and configuration records
coordinate with any new provider, if requested
We don’t hold your data hostage. Your organization always owns its information, and we’ll assist with a secure hand-off as part of the offboarding process.
