A midsize facilities maintenance provider (with dozens of technicians in the field) was struggling with inefficiencies, lack of real-time visibility, and slow communication for field service work orders. Their legacy process looked like this:

  • Work orders were distributed via email or phone, and technicians carried paper forms to job sites. Once on-site, they had to physically write notes, then return to the office (or drive to a workstation) to enter data, upload reports, and close out jobs.

  • The delays caused by paperwork, data entry, and inconsistent documentation led to billing mistakes, lost tickets, and reduced customer satisfaction.
